The modular PCS expanding core chuck system offers unparalleled precision and versatility in high speed or high tension shaftless unwinding and rewinding applications where little or no variation in web tension or web position can be tolerated.
PCS Core Chucks are Pneumatic Core Chucks that expand with pressurized air. PCS Core Chucks provide superior roll/core gripping abilities with a high capacity actuating design.
The PCS “Base” expansion chuck allows you to easily put on larger core adapters so you can run different size cores on the same machine.
